But here are answers to questions you may have now.

What is check-in and check-out time?? Check in any time after 3pm. Check out by 10am. Check out may be flexible but only when there is no guest arriving after you.


How do I check in? What about keys? Although self-check-in is possible, we usually greet our guests on arrival, give a little tour of the house and answer any questions. We respect our guests’ privacy but at the same time are immediately available to answer questions or handle any problem. No keys. We have a keypad with a unique 4-digit code that we will share with you before your arrival.

What are my cleaning responsibilities? These are spelled out in your Rental Agreement and we provide checklists for your convenience.

What if I have a problem? We are a phone call away, 24/7, and because we live on the property we can attend to any problems that may arise immediately.

Do you supply bedding? We have always provided bedding until the last couple years due to covid. To be safer we suggest that guests bring their own sheets, pillow cases and especially pillows if possible. If not, please let us know and we will provide them.

Are permits required for beach parking lots? Permits are required from the third week I June until after labor day.
